Two Months Old!

Today Roman had his two-month check-up. His head is 40 cm and his weight is 12 lbs. 2 oz., both just above average. His height however is in the 97th percentile at 25 inches. He is indeed a LONG baby. His whole body drapes across me and his knees rest on the bed when he nurses.

His 2nd month started off with a bang; one night he nursed for 4 hours straight. He continued to eat every hour or two for a couple of weeks, barely sleeping for long at all. Then things started to settle down. Now, he's going to bed at a regular hour and sleeping 3-4 hours at a time at night. He's also smiling, laughing and babbling like crazy. When we hold him, he really hugs us tight now. He knows who we are, and I think he likes us. : )
