Mr. Odin weighed almost 12 lbs and was 24 inches long at his 2-month checkup. Doc was impressed as usual with his growth, his strength and his alertness. But he said it was a little less surprising this time since Roman was the same way. As Cozy would say, "What can I say? My boys are perfect." : )
Roman is obsessed with holding Odin; he can even carry him quite well and asked if he could carry Odin in a Moby. I thought I would go buy a small piece of Jersey knit and make him a Moby. Don't worry, this is all done under careful supervision!

Sleepy, sleepy boys at Disney World. I don't want Odin to grow up, but when he does, it will be really cute to see him and Roman sleep together in their big boy bed. Odin loves Roman SO much. If I'm nursing him and he hears Roman laughing or yelling in the other room, he just grins ear to ear. Sometimes I worry Roman's kisses and hugs might not be gentle enough but Odin is almost always smiling, regardless of what his brother is doing to him.
Holding Odin's hand in the car really helps Odin calm down and go to sleep. Roman is often helpful, but there are days when he yells on purpose to wake the baby. This does not make Mommy happy and he has been much better about it lately. I just have to turn off his music or stop the car and tell him we can't go to the park/etc. unless he's quiet and Odin is happy or sleeping. Then he starts trying to help by talking to him, showing him a toy or holding his hand so he'll fall asleep.
