It's been an exciting month for our little guy. His first trip to WDW and Seaworld. He had a temp of 101 the day we left and wasn't feeling too hot with those nasty teeth breaking through, but he had a wonderful time nonetheless. He enjoyed some things more than we expected but his favorite thing of the trip was probably climbing up and down the stadium stairs while his dad and I watched Shamu and the dolphins. At one point, he even went and sat by a stranger; he's really into sitting by himself like a big boy right now. We saw so many shows and performances: "Pets Ahoy," where a lot of trained animals, rescued dogs, cats, birds and even a skunk put on quite the show, trained walruses, dolphins and even Shamu. We also saw penguins, sharks, alligators, manatees and stingrays.
At Disney, he rode a lot of cool rides that he thought were awesome and never once got scared. He loved the carousel and flying high on Dumbo and he thought the Monorail was just great. He loved riding the go carts with his dad. He also thought the wading pool at the hotel was fantastic; he was even trying to swim by himself a little bit. Putting him to sleep at night was a breeze after such an exciting day. Gene can't wait to take him back!
