I'm not even sure what to say about this one.... He found some velcro ties and decided that he needed to wear them, then he decided that he needed to wet them with the mister. Maybe one of his grandparents can come up with a reason why doing this was somehow a stroke of genius.

Ok, I'll bite. The wet velcro stips become cool strips during Roman's hottest summer on record.Pure Genious! Be careful, though, armbands are a slippery slope towards tatoos and body art.
