I already have hudnreds of photos, so I've been doing my best to sort through them. My mom helped us get home from TN and has been Roman's playmate 24/7 which is awesome, because that allows me to take care of the baby and Gene to take care of me! I feel good, but am having a little trouble getting around because of a pinched nerve or pulled muscle or something; hopefully, I can get someone to take a look at it this week so I can get up out my rocker, it's getting really old just sitting there!
Odin has been wonderful. He is such a calm, happy baby. He's such a good little nurser that I can already lay on my side in bed to nurse. That took Roman and I weeks to learn. He's sleeping well at night, but still has his days and nights a little backwards. He will typically sleep 2-3 hours between nursings at night, but during the day he will sleep for 4-5 hours if I let him. Roman is still sleeping between us and it amazes us that he doesn't wake up when the baby cries.
It's funny how much he looks like Roman. His little legs aren't quite as long, even though he was also 21 inches. His eyes are a little different, but he too has Daddy's nose and monkey arms. Here are some photos of us in the days after his birth. There will be many more photos to come, and I'll post them as soon as I can.
