The video shows his crawling over the last month, he is finally up on all fours all the time now and is getting quite fast. He says night-night and tries his hardest to say "more" when eating and is always yelling for Roman. It doesn't sound like Roman, but it's a distinct sound and he starts doing it first thing in the morning and all day long. He is always looking for Roman and wanting to play. He babbles and babbles all the time now and loves to imitate Roman. The even have yelling contests which are lots of fun and I can imagine will only get worse when they are bigger! : /
Roman is still enjoying his role and actually helps us out a lot making sure Odin doesn't get into he's not supposed to. Roman is getting excited about sleeping with his brother in a big boy bed which should happen by next summer I hope.
Roman also experienced quite a milestone over the holidays. I told him thta I asked Santa for Christmas if I didn't have to nurse two boys anymore. I told him it made me tired and since he was able to eat whatever he wanted, he didn't need mama's milk anymore. He said, "Ok" and told them bye bye after one more nurse. Then about 2 weeks later, he said, "I want milk Mom, it's not Christmas anymore." I told him nice try and gave him some almond milk. He hadn't really nursed more than once or twice per week since September anyway, after he turned 3 and our week long trip to Disney. I was actually ready too, not sad at all. The way Odin loves food and is such a quick nurser- never nursing to sleep or for comfort- perhaps he will give it up long before age 3. : (
FUN with big brother in the tub. Odin has started crawling up the stairs, he's very good at it. He even seems to know when it's getting close to 7:00 (just like Roman did) and he heads up, anxious for his bath with his big brother!
